Collective Bargaining Proposals

For easier access by TCOE employees and the public, TCOE will now be posting initial bargaining proposals for employee groups on our website. Choose one of the employee groups below to find both TCOE's and the employee group's proposals. These proposals will be posted each school year before the employee groups and TCOE start negotiations. Employees and the public are encouraged to submit any comments or questions regarding the proposals to Jim Vidak, Tulare County Superintendent of Schools. TCOE looks forward to input on the bargaining proposals from employees and the public.

After reviewing the proposals, please submit any comments and/or questions to Jim Vidak, Tulare County Superintendent of Schools at jimv@tcoe.org. Comments will be accepted until August 30, 2011. You may also direct any comments and/or questions to Mr. Vidak's office at (559) 733-6300; TTY (hard of hearing) (559) 733-6307. Mr. Vidak will adopt the initial bargaining proposals after August 30, 2011.
