Qualifications for Interned Citizens
Operation Diploma is an ongoing program operated by the Tulare County Office of Education. The first Operation Diploma ceremony will take place at the meeting of the Tulare County Board of Education on December 7, 2005. The deadline to apply to receive a high school diploma for the December 7 ceremony is November 11, 2005. Participation in the ceremony is optional. Additional ceremonies will take place throughout the year during regularly scheduled Board of Education meetings as applications are received and certified.
