TCOE Wellness Committee

The Tulare County Office of Education's Wellness Committee was established in 2016 to support and enhance the health of TCOE employees. Chaired by the School Health Program, the committee's goal is to share timely tools, tips, and advice on various health and wellness topics in a variety of formats throughout the year. Lunch & Learn Presentations are offered periodically during the school year as a way for employees to come together and learn about various health topics. Many of the presentations are videotaped and presented here as a service to those that cannot attend the lunches.
