Purchase orders may be mailed to this address, emailed to marlenem@tcoe.org or uploaded to your online registration. Budget transfer payments accepted for TCOE staff. Credit card payments are available upon request. If you select credit card payment, you must call Marlene Moreno at (559) 733-6302 on the same day you submit your registration to provide your credit card information.
