Jeff Utecht is an educational and leadership consultant who has spent more than 15 years working with school districts, county offices of education, and state departments across the United States and internationally. A former classroom teacher and district leader, Jeff understands the realities of public education — from the pressures facing administrators to the essential role classified staff play in keeping schools running every day.
Jeff is known for his clear, practical approach to leadership and change. He speaks honestly about what is working, what is not, and what schools need to do next — without dismissing the traditions and practices that have shaped education for generations. His work focuses on generational leadership, communication, and the impact of emerging technologies on schools and organizations.
Jeff has worked with hundreds of school districts and educational organizations, supporting leaders and staff in building stronger teams, navigating change, and preparing for the future of education. No refunds will be given to no-shows. Cancellation requests must be made by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2 in order to receive a refund. Final deadline to register is Tuesday, June 2.
