After School/Expanded Learning

Students in Tulare County have access to support in before-school programs, after-school programs, supplemental/summer programs, and, in some communities, during school intercession periods. Together, these services are known as “Expanded Learning Programs.” 

TCOE's CHOICES After School Program (CASP)
The Tulare County Office of Education operates after school/expanded learning programs throughout the county primarily for elementary and middle school students through its CHOICES After School Program (CASP).

Region VII System of Support for Expanded Learning
The Region VII System of Support for Expanded Learning provides leadership and technical assistance to Expanded Learning Programs throughout Tulare, Kings, and Madera counties that receive state funding for After School Education and Safety (ASES) and/or federal funding for 21st Century Learning Community Center (21stCCLC) and After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) programs.
