The event also features informative breakout sessions on current educational and legal matters, plus dinner and entertainment!

Keynote Speaker
Dennis Meyers, CSBA Assistant Executive Director, Governmental Relations, is a veteran education advocate for California school children. Mr. Meyers joined CSBA in December 2011. He directs the development and implementation of the association’s political and legislative strategies at the state and federal levels. In addition, he oversees CSBA's Public Affairs and Community Engagement Representatives (PACER) program, the network of staff throughout the state who work directly with school board members on advocacy and CSBA membership-related issues.

County Committee on School District Organization and School Board Members attend at no cost as guests of the County Superintendent of Schools. No refund requests will be accepted after January 12. Cancellation requests must be made by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 12 in order to receive a refund. No-shows will be billed.
