Keynote Speaker Cecilio Barrera, Public Affairs and Community Engagement Representative (PACER), serves as CSBA’s liaisons to local school and county boards of education, key decision-makers and the community-at-large. He works with 140 School Districts and four county offices of education in the San Joaquin South Division (Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and Kern counties).

Cancellation requests must be made by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 11 in order to receive a refund. No-shows will be billed.
