Payment Instructions
Make check/purchase order payable to: Tulare County Superintendent of Schools. Please mail checks to Tulare County Superintendent of Schools, Attn: District Leadership Institute, P.O. Box 5091, Visalia, CA 93278. Purchase orders may be mailed to this address, emailed to jenniferf@tcoe.org or uploaded to your online registration ("Choose File" button below). Budget transfer payments are accepted for TCOE staff. Credit card payments are available upon request. If you select credit card payment, you must call Jennifer Fisher at (559) 733-6172 on the same day you submit your registration to provide your credit card information. County Committee on School District Organization and School Board Members attend at no cost as guests of the County Superintendent of Schools.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
No refunds requests will be accepted after January 30. Cancellation requests must be made by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30 in order to receive a refund. No-shows will be billed.
