The following forms are required to complete registration for the Tulare County Office of Education Poetry Live! event. The forms are the same for all events under the Poetry Live! umbrella (Poetry Out Loud, Poetry Out Loud Jr., Poet's Own Voice and Tulare County Youth Poet Laureate).
