Classes
Voice, Acting, and Dance classes are taught over six weeks for any Tulare County students in 1st-12th grade. No experience is required. Sign up for your favorite or take all three disciplines!
Cost: $30 per discipline. Scholarships are available.
Location: TCOE's Planetarium and Science Center at 11535 Ave. 264 Visalia, CA 93277
Note: Classes have a capacity. Once that limit is reached, you will be notified and placed on the waitlist. If a spot opens up or we can add more students, you will be added to the class.
Tuesday Voice Classes
February 17, 24 and March 3, 10, 17, 24, 2026
4:15-5:00 p.m. | Level 1 Grades 1-3
5:05-5:50 p.m. | Level 2 Grades 4-6
6:00-7:30 p.m. | Level 3 Grades 7-12
Voice classes are taught by TCOE Theatre Company Vocal Coach, Charlotte Garcia Da Rosa. Classes will include vocal warm-up techniques and instruction, tips for how to have a great vocal performance, song selection advice, and more!
Wednesday Acting Classes
February 18, 25 and March 4, 11, 18, 25, 2026
4:30-5:15 p.m. | Level 1 Grades 1-3 with Becca
5:15-6:15 p.m. | Level 2 Grades 4-6 with Becca
5:30-6:30 p.m. | Level 3 Grades 7-8 with Bethany
6:30-7:45 p.m. | Level 4 Grades 9-12 with Bethany
Levels 1 and 2 are taught by TCOE Stage and Space Facilitator, Becca Coffey-Godfrey. Levels 3 and 4 are taught by TCOE Theatre Company Director, Bethany Rader.
Thursday Dance Classes
February 19, 26 and March 5, 12, 19, 26, 2026
4:30-5:15 pm | Level 1 Grades 3-5
5:15-6:15 pm | Level 2 Grades 6-8
6:15-7:30 pm | Level 3 Grades 9-12
Dance classes are taught by TCOE Theatre Company Choreographer, McKenna Friend-Hoffman, in traditional musical theatre jazz style and will focus on technique, musicality, and choreography.
