Facilities

The functions of Facilities and Operations fall within the Department of General Business Services.

As a department we provide resources for planning, renovating cleaning, furnishing and maintenance of Tulare County Office of Education properties. We support our staff through processes like work order requests, reserving conference or meeting spaces, as well as, overseeing building upkeep, improvement, and organization. Our mission is to provide support for students and the staff who support them, with the highest quality physical environments that are clean, safe, and functional.  If we can assist you with TCOE facility or operational needs, please contact Sarah Kalmink at sarah.kalmink@tcoe.org.
