The Dream Center, named in honor of the founding foster youth who helped design the service delivery model we use today, is Tulare County's only one-stop resource center for current and former foster youth up to the age of 24.

• Assistance with obtaining employment (e.g. job search, help creating a resume, clothes for interviews)
• Assistance with obtaining a birth certificate and California ID
• Shower and laundry facilities for homeless youth
  
• Support and advocacy
