Health Education and Social Services
The Migrant Education Program collaborates with Family Health Care Network to ensure that the medical/dental/social-emotional needs of our migratory students and families are met. Through this collaboration, migratory families receive services that help migratory students meet their needs and promote their well-being.

- referrals to Family Health Care Network to ensure that identified families are contacted by personnel for determination of service qualifications
- connecting families to Family Health Care Network certified enrollment counselors to review financial and program options and assist with enrollments into programs such as: Covered CA, Medi-Cal, CHDP, and FHCN Sliding Fee Scale
- provide families with access to all Family Health Care Network locations that include mobile medical and dental unit
