Educator Apprenticeship Resource Network (EARN)

Purpose

The Educator Apprenticeship Resource Network (EARN) exists to build, strengthen, and scale high-quality educator apprenticeship programs across California by providing coordinated technical assistance and resources that support seamless pathways into the educator workforce.

Vision

EARN envisions a coherent, statewide educator ecosystem that expands access into the profession, supports apprentices holistically, and cultivates a diverse, highly effective educator workforce to serve California’s TK–12 students.

What is EARN?

EARN is a statewide technical assistance initiative led by the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) in partnership with the Tulare County Office of Education (TCOE) that provides high-touch, individualized support to help programs grow and succeed. Through one-on-one coaching, peer learning communities, and statewide convenings and webinars, EARN guides partners in designing, implementing, and sustaining high-quality apprenticeship programs.
