Teacher Residency for Rural Education (TRRE)
The California Center on Teaching Careers, housed at Tulare County Office of Education, offers the Teacher Residency for Rural Education (TRRE) Project in partnership with California State University, Fresno (CSUF), California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt (Humboldt), Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District (COJUSD), Delano Joint Union High School District (DJUHSD), Hanford Joint Union High School District (HJUHSD), Tulare County Office of Education (TCOE), Tulare Joint Union High School District (TJUHSD), and Visalia Unified School District (VUSD).
The TRRE Project is for graduate students seeking to obtain a single-subject credential with a focus in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), and English, or a dual credential in special education (mild/mod, and extensive support needs). Option to earn a master’s degree in Education from partner universities.
