Contracting with the ERS Library
TCOE’s ERS Library partners with K–12 districts and schools to provide classroom-ready resources for educators and students while supporting engaging, high-quality school library services. Contract options are available for districts of all sizes, individual school sites, and homeschool programs, and include the following services and resources:

- Reading, research, and media platforms that enhance instruction and student learning
- Secure 24/7 access for educators and students
- Access to a 28,000+ item circulating collection, including fiction and nonfiction print books, STEM and robotics kits, Spanish titles, classroom and small‑group sets, board books, Big Books, puppets, and art prints
- Scheduled delivery and pickup at school sites
- A credentialed teacher librarian serving as Librarian of Record
- Oversight and support for California school library requirements
- Practical guidance and on-site support to strengthen school library programs
- Staff training, collection maintenance assistance, and review of library collection orders to support quality and alignment
- Ongoing professional learning opportunities for library staff
- In-person and virtual sessions focused on effective library practices and current trends
- Professional learning to support effective use of ERS Library resources and instructional technology
- Introductory sessions, deeper digital resource exploration, and customized options aligned to district or site goals
- Access to production equipment including die-cut machines, copy machines, poster printers, and laminators
- Reduced cost materials and limited production services for contracting districts
