CTO! offers a wide range of material types for all grade levels (Preschool-12th):

• Books (fiction & nonfiction) for all ages, including emergent readers, graphic novels, YA titles, chapter books, Spanish/bilingual titles, big books, picture books, board books, and small book kits (6-10 copies, same title).
• PlayAway Audiobooks
• Enrichment items: puppets, art prints, storytelling kits, and STEM kits
• Digital Resources (K-12): Access curated online learning materials (Learn360, TeachingBooks, Encyclopedia Britannica, ProQuest databases) via emailed links.

Choose what you need on the CTO! form. Based on your lesson ideas, we may occasionally deliver additional material types.

CTO! curates by topic, not by specific title. If you have a specific book in mind, reserve it through the Follett Destiny Catalog. CTO! selections are based on available library materials.

Great news for the 2024-25 school year! We've added delivery dates right in the CTO! form, making it easier than ever to plan your monthly curriculum. You'll be able to review your delivery dates right before selecting potential topics. We'll also include these dates in your confirmation email and on the packing sheets attached to your monthly kits. Remember, your next delivery arrives on the return date of your previous kit!

Kits are curated 1-2 days before delivery, ensuring each of the 100+ monthly deliveries is unique. At this time, we don't have the ability to send out advance previews of what you will receive.

Reminder Email: A week before your kit is due, look for an email titled "ERS Library -- Materials Due Next Week."

• Reply with "PICKUP" if done.
• Reply with "RENEW" if you need more time.

We'll confirm pickup, new due date, or highlight reserved items that need to come back. Be sure to return items to the delivery/pickup spot by 9am on your pickup/delivery date.

If you didn't previously request a pickup, please email library@ersconnect.org and let us know your kit is ready. Each contracting site has a weekly assigned day for delivery and pickup. The ERS Library team will stop by if:

• They have materials to deliver to your school.
• You've requested a pickup of your used ERS Library materials.

When neither of these is true, the site will be bypassed to save on fuel and time-associated costs.

The receipt attached to your packing sheet should list all items in your new kit. While we check everything, mistakes can happen.

Missing something? Email library@ersconnect.org. We'll deliver the missing item to you the next week or remove it from your account.

Absolutely! Both educators and students are welcome to use our materials. A couple of quick tips:

• Track what you lend out: A system to collect materials for return helps avoid missing items.
• Keep an eye on STEM kits: We recommend keeping these in a monitored location.

Lost materials? We can extend checkout periods for lost items to help find them. In their annual agreements, all contracting School Districts accept responsibility for replacing irretrievably lost or destroyed materials. CTO! participants can request district invoicing, pay themselves, or provide a matching replacement.

Need to edit your CTO! selections?

• Click the signup link above.
• The page should say "You've already responded." Look for the "Edit your original response" link; this will take you back to the form with your selections.
• Make your topic changes and click Submit.

Can't edit online? Email sara.torabi@tcoe.org with your changes.

Important: Changes must be made before the first business day of the month you want them applied to. Edits after that won't be reflected in your kit.

Follow the directions in the "My lesson plans changed..." question above to edit your kit preferences. Once your original responses are visible, you can switch each month's "Kit Type" selection between the 8-10 items, Class Library, or NO KIT options. Make sure to submit your changes when finished.

We try our best to fulfill your CTO! requests based on your chosen topics. Availability plays a role, so during peak times for seasonal materials, you might receive 1-2 items or digital resources on those topics or additional items from our general collection to complete your physical kit.
